Minimum 5 years plus of prior IT Technical Recruiting experience is US geography.
Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience in hands on recruiting utilizing Job boards (Dice, Monster, Linked In, etc.), social media and all online resources to recruit qualified candidates.
Must have experience building and maintain a high-volume candidate pipelines to support current and anticipated requirements.
Must have direct hiring experience (W2)
Must have extensive experience negotiating compensation, and closing candidates. negotiating with Candidates.
Must be driven by success, self-motivated, competitive, yet team-oriented.
Excellent communication skills---verbal, written, in-person and interpersonal skill
Ability to handle heavy volume of recruiting assignments.
Strong networking and relationship building skills
Must have worked with product companies or Tier one service providers in the past.
Prior experience working in US shift is must (should be flexible on timings)
